Job Requirements – Graphic Designer

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2.5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.

2. Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Experience creating logo, Printing materials like brochure, notice, flux etc graphics for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Familiarity with web/UI design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
• Ability to design for multiple formats: static posts, banners, infographics, ads, thumbnails, reels, motion graphics, etc.

3. Digital Marketing Knowledge

• Understanding of digital marketing trends and social media aesthetics.
• Ability to design creatives optimized for different platforms and ad formats.
• Basic understanding of branding, brand identity, and content marketing.
• Ability to design for performance-based campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Display Ads).

4. Soft Skills

• Strong creativity and visual storytelling ability.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks efficiently.

5. Responsibilities

• Design branding materials, social media creatives, marketing banners, ad creatives, email templates, and website graphics.
• Work closely with the marketing and content team to produce engaging visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
