Job Responsibilities:

• Understand and deliver on design & video-making requirements in sync with marketing & communications objectives for digital and print channels including website, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & publications
• Support content writers with creative concepts and visuals, based on verbal or written briefs
• Develop illustrations/creatives for social media, presentations, reports, branding, trade-fairs and other marketing contexts
• Adhere to brand design guidelines while meeting graphic designing requirements
• Suggest visual ideas for enhancing brand communication across various media
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency of designs across various social media
• Ensure graphic output is delivered within deadlines through seamless coordination
• Oversee design & photography assignments with external marketing/advertising vendors
• Design key-line pack diagrams using CAD to showcase new concepts for commercialization (optional)

Skills:

• Good command over English (written and spoken)
• Passionate about illustrating, graphic designing & video-making with a strong eye for detail
• Well-versed with story-telling, branding, engaging target audience with static and dynamic media
• Knowledge of typography, graphic fundamentals, visual trends in digital media and website development
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw & Premiere Pro
• Experience in designing and developing logos, graphics & videos for presentations, SEO, social media & internal marketing
• Experience in designing for print, including catalogues, exhibition posters, magazine ads
• Experience in conducting product photoshoots
• Knowledge of UI/UX designing will be a bonus
• Demonstrable graphic design & video skills with a strong portfolio
