Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented graphic design with a creative eye and strong technical skills to produce high-quality image design & video content focused on the study abroad niche. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and current editing trends, with at least 1.5 years of hands-on experience in creative design and post-production.

Key Responsibilities: Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality images with fine transitions and storytelling. Create multiple versions and explore different editing directions as needed. Export videos in various formats optimized for mobile, web, and social media platforms. Ensure all content complies with top journalistic and brand standards. Enhance visuals through color correction, sound design, and background music. Create eye-catching video thumbnails for YouTube and social media platforms. Stay current with editing trends, tools, and digital content strategies. Collaborate with the production team for video shoots, lighting, and setup when required. Organize video assets and maintain an efficient workflow for ongoing projects.

Qualifications & Criteria: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in video editing and post-production (preferred).

Proficient in Edius, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and other NLE software.

Strong understanding of editing principles, visual storytelling, and digital media trends.

Creativity, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or a related field.

Ability to edit content specifically tailored to the study abroad audience.

Requirements: Ability to speak and understand Marathi, Hindi, and English (preferred). Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must be based in Pune, Maharashtra, and willing to work from the office.
