Job Description

As a Designer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping brand identities for agents, creating captivating designs for print collateral, digital ads, websites, and much more. Your innovative ideas will be the driving force behind custom social media campaigns and brand designs, ensuring that each project meets the goals outlined in the creative briefs. Working closely with our Creative Producer and Marketing Advisors, you will interpret briefs to deliver high-quality work that maintains the integrity of the brand's identity. Collaboration is key, as you will work alongside internal and external designers, illustrators, photographers, and videographers to execute projects of varying scales. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining design quality across a range of project types and brand campaigns, proposing new conceptual ideas, and ensuring that all designs adhere to brand guidelines. Additionally, you will be involved in researching and developing mood boards to support your creative ideas and drive innovation in your designs. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-8 years of work experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is essential, along with a solid understanding of typography, composition, and photography. Experience in branding and scalable design systems will be beneficial, as well as the ability to present and communicate creative solutions effectively. While the minimum qualifications set a solid foundation for this role, preferred qualifications include prior experience in an agency or design studio. Proficiency in digital/product design, animation, and additional skills in Figma, After Effects, Cinema 4D, illustration, and video production will set you apart as a candidate.
