Job Description

Requirements

Agency experience/design school/ graphic design studio.
Hands-on experience is important in either an advertising agency or a social media agency.
Bachelor/Master of Fine Arts(not necessary but will be ideal).
Should possess an eye for detail and accuracy.
Must be able to translate briefs into coherent visuals that answer the objective.
The candidate should be a self-starter, independent and eager to learn and guide juniors such as interns.
Should be able to develop presentation approaches, styles, and techniques for the team to implement.
3+ years of experience.
Should have a stunning portfolio - a mix of regular work and proactive ideas.
Must have a knack for the latest design trends/popular culture/news/social media.
Good communication skills are important. We are in the business of communication and selling ideas.
