Job Description

Role Overview: The Graphic Designer plays a key role in conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs for both print and digital media. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including editorial, marketing, and production—to bring educational programs, products, and marketing materials to life. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects. Primary Responsibilities: • Concept and design programs, products, and marketing materials for the client. • Collaborate with design and editorial teams in the creation of new programs and products. • Partner with internal teams, including editorial, marketing, photo, video, and production, as needed. • Work with illustrators, photographers, agencies, and other vendors as directed. • Adhere to corporate best practices, guidelines, and production schedules as set by the Creative Director. Desired Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in the Educational Publishing industry. • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Comfortable working in a dynamic, creative environment with shifting priorities. • Ability to pivot quickly between assignments and maintain attention to detail. Note: Experience with Children's Story book, comics Illustration or with kids publication industry/ educational Publishing Industry needs to apply for this role.
