Dev Opus Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our team. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that communicate our clients brand messages and enhance their marketing efforts across various platforms.

Responsibilities

- Create eye-catching and innovative graphic designs for digital and print media, including logos, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and advertisements.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and develop creative concepts that align with project objectives.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback as needed.

- Develop and maintain visual elements that define and enhance the brand s identity, including color schemes, typography, and imagery.
- Ensure consistency and cohesiveness in visual branding across all marketing materials.

- Design engaging visuals for websites, email campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize designs for various screen sizes and devices to ensure a seamless user experience.

- Create print-ready designs for marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.

- Work closely with copywriters, marketing specialists, and other team members to brainstorm ideas and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Provide design support and guidance to junior designers and interns as needed.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
