Graphic Designer

We are looking to hire a graphic designer to join our team at Designbox. The ideal candidate should have experience and proficiency in working with Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc). The candidate should have a creative/advertising background (Education or work experience). Roles and responsibilities: ● Strong experience in handling and delivering projects including Print & Publication, Corporate & Marketing Communications, Social Media creative content execution, Brand Identity Design & communications, and Product packaging Design to name a few ● Understanding of Infographics, Flyers, Brochures, Project Logos, Poster designs, Brand communications, website Design, and tools involved in its creation ● Knowledge of Color theory, Typography, and Layout & Typesetting ● Should be able involve in briefings and convert discussions into ideas and aesthetic compositions to meet client's expectations ● Should be able to work in teams ● Ability to initiate brainstorming, ideate, develop, and execute the projects and tasks assigned ● Timely and efficient task executions. Completion of tasks/projects to meet deadlines ● Explore and keep updated with the latest design trends, tools, and software ● Should be able to take timely decisions on the choice of software/tools to complete a task ● Enthusiasm and proactiveness to learn and work on one's self-development Desired candidate profile: ● Graduate or postgraduate degree in design or related discipline. ● 1 to 3 years of work experience in the creative industry. ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. ● Understanding of other office tools like Word, PowerPoint, or excel Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Graphic design: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 23/06/2025
