Job Description

🔹1. Visual Concept Development Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand project goals. Brainstorm and develop creative visual ideas and concepts. Translate brand values and messages into visual formats. 🔹 2. Design Creation Create graphics for digital and print media such as: Logos Brochures Social media posts Website elements Advertisements Packaging Business cards Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or alternatives like Canva, Figma, Sketch, etc. 🔹 3. Branding and Identity Design and maintain brand identity guidelines. Ensure consistency across all brand visuals. Create assets that align with the company’s tone, values, and aesthetics. 🔹 4. Client/Team Collaboration Work with marketing, product, and content teams. Take briefs from clients or stakeholders and provide visual solutions. Present design concepts and revise them based on feedback. 🔹 5. Pre-press and ProductionPrepare final layouts for printing or digital use. Ensure all designs are high quality, accurate, and meet specifications. Liaise with printers or developers for final output. 🔹 6. Project and Time Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Meet deadlines while maintaining design quality. Stay organized and communicate progress clearly. 🔹 7. Market and Trend Awareness Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies. Conduct competitor and audience research to inform design choices. 🔹 8. User Experience (optional but valuable)Understand basic UX/UI principles. Design intuitive interfaces and visual elements for websites or apps.
