Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll bring our brand to life through visually engaging and emotionally resonant designs across all platforms, from social media and digital campaigns to website UI and video content.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and content teams to create consistent, high-quality visuals that strengthen brand identity and drive audience engagement.What You’ll Work On:· Design and produce marketing materials including banners, social media posts, brochures, and digital assets.· Create visually appealing website layouts and UI elements that align with brand standards.· Edit and produce engaging videos for social media (Reels, TikTok) and YouTube.· Develop concepts and storyboards for multimedia campaigns.· Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into impactful visual campaigns.· Maintain design consistency across all platforms and channels.· Stay up to date with design trends, digital tools, and emerging AI-driven creative technologies.What We’re Looking For· Academic qualification in Graphic Design or related field.· Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital or multimedia design.· Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.· Hands-on experience with AI-based design and video tools such as CapCut and Midjourney or other AI tools.· Strong understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory.· Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.· A creative eye and attention to detail, with a passion for visual storytelling.Nice to Have:· Experience designing for healthcare, or community-focused organisations.· Knowledge of basic motion graphics or animation.· Familiarity with brand identity systems and campaign design.Why Work with Us:· Be part of a fast-growing, purpose-driven team that values creativity and innovation.· Collaborate with experienced marketing and design leaders.· See your creative work make a real impact across digital platforms.
