Graphic Designer cum Website Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation, Design &Website Management:

• Design visually appealing graphics, stories, and short videos for social media
• Create brand-consistent templates and digital assets
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure design consistency

· Analyse, maintain, and update the company website to enhance user experience and brand visibility

· Implement SEO best practices and monitor site performance and analytics

· Coordinate with internal teams to update web content, features, and integrations as needed.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage content calendars, post scheduling, and community engagement
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimise content accordingly
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools Requirements:
• Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Social Media Manager and/or Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, etc.
• Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
