Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a creative, meticulous Graphic Designer cum Video Editor that can tell our brand's narrative visually on both print and digital media. The ideal applicant should be passionate about design, possess a keen sense of aesthetics, and be able to create and implement captivating visuals for promotional films, social media, product packaging, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding and Design

• Create marketing collateral for print advertisements, banners, email campaigns, social media, posters, and packaging.
• Make eye-catching designs for holiday marketing (Valentine's Day, Raksha Bandhan, Diwali, Christmas, New year, etc.).
• Ensure that all visual communications are consistent with your brand.

Producing and Editing Videos:

• Produce and edit short-form videos for advertising campaigns, social media reels, and product demos.
• Make animations, motion graphics, and movies that explain products.
• Edit behind-the-scenes and customer testimonial videos.

Marketing & Social Media Assistance:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual assets for campaigns.
• Optimize content formats for various social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and product promotions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Basic photography and lighting skills preferred.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A creative thinker with attention to detail and storytelling skills.

Experience

• An additional benefit is having experience in the gifting, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors.
• knowledge of packaging design, mock-ups, and product photography.
• knowledge of brand marketing strategies that are sentimental and joyous for Indian audiences.

Compensation:
