Location: Cafe Fraby, Ernakulam Experience Required: 5+ years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: Cafe Fraby is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and executing digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive growth across online platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design marketing materials including banners, brochures, social media creatives, menus, and signage. Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Plan and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints. Work with the team to plan promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers. Track and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements. Capture and edit high-quality photos/videos for social and digital use (preferred). Stay updated with design trends and digital marketing best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools. Strong knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, and SEO. Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Preferred Skills: Experience in food & beverage or hospitality industry.
