GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Experience and Skills Required:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating expertise in various design styles and creative concepts.

• Deep understanding of digital marketing, video editing, and UI/UX principles to create high-performing designs.

• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), FIGMA, or similar tools.

• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition for impactful visual communication.

• Excellent communication with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative and relevant.

• Detail-oriented approach to design, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.

Senior Creative Video Editor

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of video editing experience, with a portfolio that includes educational content, instructional videos, or creative media for K-12 audiences.

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects. Knowledge of 3D animation and motion graphics is a plus.

• Storytelling: Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging narratives that simplify complex concepts for young learners.

• Creativity: High degree of creativity in visual storytelling, with an ability to produce content that is both educational and visually appealing.

• Educational Understanding: Familiarity with K-12 learning standards and the ability to translate STEAM concepts into digestible, engaging videos.

• Project Management: Experience managing multiple video projects from concept to completion, maintaining timelines, and adhering to brand guidelines.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.

• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and adapt quickly to new tools, software, and project requirements.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Education, or a related field is preferred.
