  • Own creative timelines, quality, and delivery for ad visuals and motion.
  • Mentor junior designers and oversee consistency across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with strategy and growth teams to align creative with goals.

What You Bring:

2-4 years in design roles, with experience in performance or brand campaigns.
  • Deep skills in layout, storytelling, and platform-specific creatives.
  • Ability to lead reviews and give clear creative feedback.
  • Hands-on with Figma, Adobe Suite, and animation tools.
