Graphic Designer - Contractual Role

• Design marketing materials, including flyers, posters, banners, and social media creatives
• Create operational collateral for clinics (e.g., signage, labels, onboarding kits, patient guides)
• Translate functional requirements into engaging visual formats with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and clinical teams to understand creative needs
• Iterate quickly and meet tight timelines while maintaining quality
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to healthcare, B2C brands, or field marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma)
• Experience with drag and drop website builders (Webflow, Wix, Lovable)
• Strong visual storytelling ability and a practical design sense
• Ability to deliver high-volume creative output quickly and with accuracy
• Based in Delhi and available to work on-site from our central office
  

Preferred Qualifications -

• Experience designing for field or offline use (e.g., clinic branding, educational materials)
• Ability to think through not just how something looks - but how it's used operationally
