Arose NY is a fast-growing perfume-oil and home-fragrance brand based in New York, focused on premium, alcohol-free fragrances, minimalistic aesthetics, and elevated digital storytelling. We sell through Shopify, Amazon, pop-ups, and social media channels. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a talented designer to join our creative team full-time.

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Graphic Designer & Content Creator who can take full ownership of the brand’s visual output — social media, website banners, labels, videos, campaigns, and packaging.

This role requires someone who can ideate new concepts, study industry trends, propose creative ideas, and execute high-quality content consistently.

You will work closely with the marketing and creative lead on brand direction, content calendars, campaign concepts, and launch visuals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Design & Video Content

• Design posts, stories, carousels, campaigns, and highlight covers.

• Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), aesthetic clips, ASMR videos, product videos.

• Proactively suggest new content ideas based on trends.

• Build mood boards, campaign concepts, and visual grids.

2. Website & Ecommerce Creative

• Design Shopify homepage banners, hero images, and promotional creatives.

• Create Amazon product images, infographics, comparison charts, and A+ content.

• Create 3D product mockups and lifestyle compositions.

3. Product Labels, Packaging & Print Files

• Design and update Arose NY bottle labels and packaging components.

• Create print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, dielines, trim marks) for vendors.

• Produce stickers, tags, tester cards, display cards, and other packaging elements.

• Maintain consistent branding, sizing, and high-resolution standards.

4. Brand Identity & Marketing Assets

• Maintain a consistent luxury aesthetic across all design touchpoints.

• Support promotional campaigns and seasonal launches with strong visual assets.

• Develop creatives for email marketing, offers, and ads.

5. Content Ideation & Creative Strategy

• Suggest weekly/monthly content themes for social media.

• Research beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands for inspiration.

• Proactively recommend new content formats and campaign approaches.

6. Additional Responsibilities

• Assist in social media posting and basic engagement (if required).

• Support influencer collaborations with creative assets and visual references.

• Plan remote photo/video shoots using visual direction, prop ideas, and mood boards.

• Ensure timely delivery of all creatives aligned with marketing calendars.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and content creation.

• Experience in beauty, perfume, skincare, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

• Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.

• Comfortable working full-time during US Eastern hours (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM ET).

• Proactive mindset with willingness to propose campaigns and creative ideas.
