Graphic Designer

Additionally, you will guide and mentor junior designers and stay updated on new tools, visual trends, and platform best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead visual design initiatives across digital platforms such as YouTube, social media, and campaigns. - Design thumbnails, campaign visualization, and brand creative storytelling. - Collaborate with motion editors, content teams, and performance leads to develop integrated visuals. - Guide and mentor junior designers. - Stay updated on new tools, visual trends, and platform best practices. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 4 years of design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead position. - Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and a digital-first approach. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. - Experience with After Effects is advantageous. - Understanding of platform behaviors on YouTube, Instagram, Threads, and other short-form platforms. - Prior experience leading design projects in entertainment, content, or social media.
