As a Senior Graphic Designer at Cocoma Digital, you will be responsible for leading visual design initiatives across various digital platforms such as YouTube, social media, and campaigns. This includes overseeing the design of thumbnails, campaign visualization, and brand creative storytelling. Collaboration with motion editors, content teams, and performance leads will be crucial in developing integrated visuals. Moreover, you will play a key role in guiding and mentoring junior designers and staying updated on new tools, visual trends, and platform best practices. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 4 years of design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead position like Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Designer. A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and a digital-first approach is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, is required, while experience with After Effects is advantageous. Understanding platform behaviors on YouTube, Instagram, Threads, and other short-form platforms is crucial.
