Graphic Designer (Children’s Book Designer – CorelDRAW)

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design

  children’s book layouts, illustrations, and covers

  using CorelDRAW.
• Develop

  fun, attractive, and age-appropriate graphics

  that align with the story and target age group.
• Work closely with the editorial and content team to

  visualize concepts

  and bring stories to life.
• Ensure designs maintain

  consistency in style, colors, and characters

  throughout the book.
• Prepare final artwork files suitable for

  printing and digital publishing

  .
• Suggest creative ideas for

  page design, typography, and interactive elements

  (where applicable).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a

  Graphic Designer / Illustrator

  (preferably in children’s books, comics, or educational content).
• Strong proficiency in

  CorelDRAW

  (knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
• Ability to create

  vector-based illustrations

  with clean, playful, and bold designs.
• Understanding of

  color psychology, child-friendly design, and visual storytelling

  .
• Attention to detail with excellent

  time management

  to meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing

  children’s book or similar creative work

  .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in

  Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field

  .
• Experience in

  children’s publishing, educational content, or creative agencies

  .
• Ability to

  illustrate characters and scenes from scratch
