With 2 to 3 years of experience, the designer is expected to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for various marketing materials, including social media creatives, print advertisements, brochures, banners, posters, and digital campaigns. They should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding guidelines, and market trends, and be proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. The designer will collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality visuals that align with client requirements and campaign objectives. Additionally, they should be capable of managing multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, and contributing fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions, thereby supporting the company’s goal of delivering impactful advertising solutions.
