Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling and effective visual content for a variety of platforms and media. This includes, but is not limited to, digital graphics, print materials, branding assets, social media content, and web design elements. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, a deep understanding of design principles, and proficiency in industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Create: Develop and produce a wide range of creative assets, including logos, brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, website banners, and email templates.
• Branding: Work with the marketing and brand teams to maintain and evolve the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, etc.) to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Concept Development: Conceptualize and present creative ideas, mockups, and designs that effectively communicate the intended message.
• Production: Prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring high-quality and accurate final outputs.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our work remains fresh and innovative.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and achieve optimal results.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design projects and styles.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
• Experience with creating designs for both print and digital media.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
