We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (2+ Years Agency Experience)

Bright Communications is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design creative materials for digital campaigns, social media, print, branding, and advertising.
Collaborate with the creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to translate ideas into visually engaging designs.
Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all platforms and deliverables.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with design trends, social media aesthetics, and emerging digital formats.
Prepare final files for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and production readiness.
Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh creative perspectives to campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional design experience
in an advertising agency environment
.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related design tools.
Strong sense of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to understand client briefs and create visuals aligned with brand goals and audience expectations.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
A team player with a creative mindset and a passion for impactful visual storytelling.
