About the Role

Brands N' Codes is looking for a skilled, creative, and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating impactful visuals and supporting branding, digital campaigns, and promotional content.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in design software:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)

CorelDRAW, Figma, Canva, or other tools

Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Basic understanding of UI/UX and responsive design.

Familiarity with file formats and printing standards.

Roles of a Graphic Designer

Visual Communication—Create designs that communicate messages effectively through images, typography, and layouts.

Brand Identity Design—Develop logos, color schemes, and visual elements that reflect a company’s brand identity.

Marketing & Advertising Materials – Design posters, flyers, banners, social media creatives, and digital ads.

UI/UX Support—Collaborate with web and app developers to design user-friendly interfaces.

Print & Digital Design—Work on brochures, packaging, magazines, and online graphics.

Concept Development – Translate client requirements into creative design concepts.

Collaboration—Work with marketing teams, copywriters, and developers to maintain brand consistency.

File Preparation—Ensure designs are print-ready or optimized for digital platforms.

Trend Adaptation – Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Problem-Solving – Provide design solutions that balance creativity and functionality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
