About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can convert verbal ideas into powerful visual stories across multiple brand identities. Someone who understands brand character, adapts to different visual languages, and creates designs that communicate meaning — not just aesthetics.
You will work on multiple brands, including DarkLion Studio, Punjabi Fitness, a few confidential brands, and new ventures. This role requires a designer who thinks independently, experiments boldly, and uses AI tools as creative multipliers — not shortcuts. If you are a visual thinker, comfortable with rapid experimentation, and love expressing ideas through polished visuals, this role is made for you.

Role Demands

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Visual Storytelling & Brand Adaptation
    • Convert verbal ideas, scripts, founder notes, and marketing concepts into compelling visual stories.
    • Understand and maintain brand identity across multiple ecosystems
    • Create moodboards, concepts, and visual direction for new brands and campaign
  • Graphic Design & Creative Execution
    • Design high-quality static graphics for social media, ads, landing pages, and presentations.
    • Produce brand assets, icons, banners, posters, templates, and digital communication pieces.
    • Deliver designs on tight timelines without compromising quality.
  • AI-Enhanced Creative Workflows
    • Use Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, and similar tools for idea generation, refinement, and creative expansion.
    • Explore AI references, visual variations, and stylistic directions to improve design output.
    • Build AI-powered design workflows (prompt libraries, style presets, automated mockups, etc.).
  • Motion Support
    • Support the Motion Graphics team with layout ideas, storyboard frames, and visual references.
    • Create simple motion-ready assets or basic animated elements (preferred, not mandatory).
    • Collaborate with editors for reel/story/promo compositions.
  • Creative Collaboration & Ownership
    • Work closely with marketing, brand strategy, and product teams.
    • Ask the right questions and propose creative ideas, not just follow instructions.
    • Participate actively in brainstorming and bring new visual concepts to the table.
    • Maintain organized files, versioning, and consistency across brands.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with comic-style, sci-fi, or conceptual illustration.
  • Photography skills.
  • Familiarity with Figma.
  • Experience in branding (logos, identity systems).
  • Ability to create templates for content and design systems.

Success Metrics

  • Design Quality: Consistently creative, brand-aligned visuals that tell a clear story.
  • Execution Speed: Ability to deliver daily/weekly outputs without delays.
  • Style Adaptability: Switching effortlessly between brand styles (premium, sci-fi, fitness, minimal, etc.).
  • AI Utilization: Using AI to boost creativity, concept speed, and idea generation.
  • Creative Initiative: Bringing fresh ideas, not waiting for instructions.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Smooth workflow with marketing, founders, and motion.
  • Systemization: Establishing templates, style guides, and repeatable workflows.
