Design and develop creative assets for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads
Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and product packaging
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visual concepts
Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Stay updated with design trends and tools

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.)
Knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW or other design tools is a plus
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding
Experience designing for both digital and print media
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (like Premiere Pro or After Effects) is a plus
Ability to take feedback and revise designs accordingly
Good communication and time-management skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
4 to 5 years of hands-on design experience in a creative or marketing agency, startup, or in-house design team
