Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor Department: Marketing / Digital Media Reports To: Marketing Manager / Content Lead Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to manage and grow the company’s YouTube channel and create high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing videos, designing graphics, and ensuring consistent branding across all video and digital assets. Key Responsibilities: YouTube Channel Management Edit and produce engaging videos for the company’s YouTube channel Optimize videos with thumbnails, titles, basic SEO, and descriptions Maintain a consistent posting schedule Collaborate with the marketing/content team on video ideas and formats Video Editing Edit raw footage into polished videos (short-form & long-form) Add transitions, motion graphics, text, music, and sound effects Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards Repurpose long videos into shorts, reels, or clips when required Graphic Design Design YouTube thumbnails, banners, and channel artwork Create graphics for videos, social media, and marketing campaigns Maintain visual consistency across all company content Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar) Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles Knowledge of YouTube content trends and audience engagement Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
