Job Description

creative, detail-oriented, and brand-focused Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design product packaging, labels, and retail-ready assets that are modern, appealing, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Create engaging graphics for digital platforms — social media, website banners, emailers, and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Develop brand collateral including brochures, catalogues, presentations, standees, and posters.
Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs into strong visuals that communicate the brand message.
Ensure consistency in brand identity and design aesthetics across all channels.
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators for product shoots and campaign assets.
Stay updated with current design trends in the FMCG and health & wellness industry.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
Strong knowledge of layout, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
Experience in
packaging design
for FMCG or health food brands is highly preferred.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Basic understanding of print processes and pre-press file preparation.
Knowledge of UI/UX basics and motion graphics will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in FMCG, food, or D2C brands.
