As a key member of the design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and communication design of the mobile-first fintech platform. Your tasks will involve creating digital assets such as social media creatives, marketing banners, presentations, and website graphics. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing brand-consistent illustrations, icons, and visual elements for product and marketing purposes. Collaboration with product, business, and engineering teams will be essential to ensure that design aligns with user and business objectives. Your role will also include contributing to branding and identity projects to maintain consistent typography, color schemes, and tone. Staying updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and fintech branding practices is expected. - Design digital assets like social media creatives, marketing banners, presentations, and website graphics - Create brand-consistent illustrations, icons, and visual elements for product and marketing needs - Support UI/UX design tasks by ensuring visual consistency across mobile and web platforms - Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to align design with user and business goals - Contribute to branding and identity projects to maintain consistency in typography, color schemes, and tone - Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and fintech branding practices - Based in Gurgaon or within a commutable distance - Previous experience with graphic design projects (internships, freelance, personal portfolio, or coursework) - Passion for design, branding, and digital storytelling with an interest in fintech and financial inclusion being a plus - Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills such as digital campaigns, social media posts, branding work, or illustrations - Familiarity with tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar - Ability to balance creativity and clarity for effective visual communication - Self-starter with a keen eye for detail and willingness to learn in a startup environment - Educational background in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related fields (preference for students from top design schools) As a key member of the design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and communication design of the mobile-first fintech platform.
