We’re now looking for a Graphic Designer with proven agency experience who can bring ideas to life across social media, digital ads, and web platforms. What You’ll Be Doing 🎨 Design with Purpose Create scroll-stopping visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, websites, and more. Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts that reflect brand tone and campaign goals. 🧠 Strategic Creativity Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Adapt creative styles for different audiences and digital platforms. 🤝 Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and clients to deliver cohesive creative solutions. Take part in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, unexpected ideas to the table. 🧪 Experiment + Evolve Stay current with design and platform trends. Suggest new formats, tools, and visual styles to keep our work ahead of the curve. 🔄 Feedback + Refinement Iterate based on feedback with a growth mindset. Organise, label, and maintain design files for seamless team access. Who We’re Looking For ✅ Must-Haves 2–3 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a digital or ad agency setting. Portfolio of real-world campaign work (especially digital/social creatives). Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Excellent visual sense — layouts, color, typography, image balance. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
