Graphic Designer (1–3 Years Experience) — Now Hiring

We are currently looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity — along with working on exciting projects, you will also help provide training and mentorship to students within the company. Responsibilities: Create high-quality graphics for digital and print (logos, brochures, social media posts, banners, eBooks, presentations, etc.) Work closely with marketing and development teams to deliver visual assets Stay updated on design trends and tools Conduct training sessions for students and junior designers Help develop learning materials and guide students on graphic design best practices Requirements: 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, etc.) Good understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual composition Excellent communication and presentation skills Comfortable teaching and mentoring students Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred: Experience designing for web and social media Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus Why Join Us: Creative and collaborative work environment Opportunity to grow your career while helping others learn Exposure to a wide variety of design projects Competitive salary based on experience If you are a passionate designer who enjoys both creating and teaching , we would love to hear from you!
