Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Graphic Design Team Leader to manage our in-house design team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, proven leadership experience, and the ability to guide and mentor designers while ensuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and project goals. This role combines hands-on design with team management and strategic input.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the graphic design team, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all creative assets.
• Assign tasks, prioritize projects, and balance workloads based on team capacity and deadlines.
• Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to designers for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop design concepts that support campaigns and initiatives.
• Oversee the creation of digital and print materials including branding assets, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, marketing collateral, UI assets, and more.
• Ensure consistency in visual style, branding, and tone across all materials and channels.
• Review and approve designs before final delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques, and introduce innovative design solutions as needed.
• Organize regular team reviews and performance feedback sessions.
• Maintain design documentation, brand guidelines, and asset libraries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, or other relevant design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across formats.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, typography, and branding.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
