7. Are you available to work 6 days/week? We are offering INR 8K/month?

• Round 1: Screening- We will screen the application and reach out to the selected candidates
• Round 2: Assessment via Assignment- You will be given a short assignment to help assess your skills
• Round 3: We will reach out to the final candidates to have a final discussion with our founder.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Brand Collaterals:

  Design banners, posters, and campaign creatives for both offline & online use.

• E-commerce Branding:

  Develop listing images, A+ content, and brand store creatives for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C websites.

• Social Media Creatives:

  Create visually engaging posts, reels thumbnails, and ad creatives aligned with our brand voice.

• Packaging Design:

  Create retail-ready packaging designs such as stand-up pouches, dip tea pouches, gifting boxes, sleeves, and premium kits.

• Product Mockups:

  Generate realistic mockups for presentations, e-commerce listings, and internal reviews.
• Collaborate closely with the

  founder & marketing team

  to ensure all designs align with premium brand positioning.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in FMCG/D2C branding and packaging design

  — including stand-up pouches, dip tea packs, gift boxes, sleeves, and premium kits.

• 3+ years Experience designing for E-commerce platforms

  — Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C websites (listing images, A+ content, brand store creatives).

• 3+ years Experience in creating social media creatives

  — static posts, carousels, reels thumbnails, and short video creatives for ads or storytelling.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW;

  familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro (or equivalent video tools) for motion/short-form content.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and printing processes, with the ability to maintain consistent premium aesthetics across formats.

• 3+ years Experience in creating campaign and brand collaterals for both digital and offline use

  — banners, posters, and promotional materials.

• Skill in producing realistic product mockups

  (via Photoshop, Dimension, or other 3D visualization tools) for presentations and listings.

• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple design projects

  simultaneously under a cohesive brand language.

• Creative thinker

  with an eye for luxury visual storytelling and brand consistency.
