Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design / Visual Arts / Fine Arts or equivalent

Internship (On-site / Hybrid, depending on situation)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for digital & print media: social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, advertisements, emailers.
  
• Assist in designing layouts, logos, infographics, and branding materials consistent with company brand guidelines.
  
• Help produce assets for the website: graphics, sliders, icons etc.
  
• Edit & retouch images/photos for marketing/campaign purposes.
  
• Support with motion graphics / simple video content (if the intern has skills) e.g. short video reels, animated GIFs.
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with marketing/design team to generate creative concepts.
  
• Modify & revise designs based on feedback from seniors/clients.
  
• Maintain version control of design files; organize, archive work.
  
• Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms (mobile / web / print) and retain quality.
  
• Stay updated on latest design trends, tools, and techniques; bring fresh ideas.
  

Skills & Abilities Required

• Proficient in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Good sense of typography, color theory, composition, layout.
  
• Ability to think conceptually; translate ideas into visual form.
  
• Strong attention to detail; ability to deliver clean, polished design work.
  
• Ability to work under deadlines; manage multiple tasks/projects.
  
• Good communication (verbal & written) so as to understand feedback and incorporate it.
  
• Eagerness to learn; ability to take direction; openness to feedback.
  
• Portfolio / past work (college or freelance) demonstrating design skills is required.
