Graduate Trainee / Post Graduate Trainee - Sales and Marketing - Real Estate

As a motivated graduate or management trainee in the Real Estate domain, you will be part of a dynamic team at a company based in Noida. The program is designed to equip you with essential skills in investment sales, client management, and relationship building to kickstart a successful career in the real estate sector. Your key responsibilities will include: - Undergoing training on real estate investment products and market analysis. - Assisting with client outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations under proper guidance. - Shadowing team members for property presentations, consultations, and site visits. - Learning to pitch commercial real estate as a secure and high-return investment opportunity. - Working towards achieving monthly sales closures while ensuring a seamless client experience. - Building strong client relationships to foster repeat and referral business. Performance Targets (with Training Support): - Making 150+ connected calls per day. - Spending 300+ minutes in client talk time per day. - Conducting 8 site visits per month. - Achieving 1 sale per month. In terms of compensation, you will have two options: Option 1: - Fixed stipend: 2,50,000 per annum. - Variable incentives: 50,000 per successful deal (0.5 deals/month 3,00,000/year). - Half-yearly bonus: 50,000.
