Graduate Engineer Trainees

Key Responsibilities-

· Undergo structured training programs (on-the-job) across various functions.

· Conduct technical analysis and support documentation for ongoing projects.

· Learn and apply industry best practices, safety protocols, and quality standards.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, production, and project execution.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.

· Support the regional sales team in business development activities.

· Assist in lead generation, client meetings, and proposal development.

· Travel as required for client visits and exhibitions.

· Any other tasks assigned by the superiors.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech(From 2024-2026 batch only) (Electrical / Mechanical / Energy / Renewable / Electronics or related streams).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Good command over MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ready to travel across regions if needed.
