Your role will involve engaging in various departments, participating in structured training, and acquiring hands-on experience to enhance your technical and managerial skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist senior engineers and managers in day-to-day operations and technical tasks. - Participate in on-the-job training, workshops, and departmental rotations. - Learn and apply company standards, procedures, and safety protocols. - Work on real-time projects and support the execution of engineering tasks. - Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and present findings. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve operational or technical issues. - Continuously upgrade technical skills and knowledge relevant to your domain. **Qualification Required:** - B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Computer Science, or related fields. - Year of Graduation: 2024 or 2025. If you successfully complete the program, you may be considered for full-time positions such as Junior Engineer, Project Engineer, or Shift In-Charge based on your performance and organizational needs. Please note that this position is Full-time, and the work location is in person. Additionally, day shift availability is preferred.
