Graduate Engineer Trainee

Successful candidates will be involved in areas such as DCS/PLC/SCADA-based Automation, RTU/SCADA-based Substation Automation, Fire and Gas Detection Systems, and BMS & Electrical Power Management Systems. As part of the employment offer terms and conditions, you will undergo a 3-month on-the-job training with a stipend of INR 10,000 per month. Upon completion of the training, you will receive a salary of 2.5 LPA. There is a bond period of 2 years and 3 months, including the training period. Key Technical Skills required for this role include knowledge of DCS/PLC/SCADA and AUTOCAD. In addition, the ideal candidate should possess behavioral skills such as ownership with high integrity, a learning attitude with high adaptability, punctuality, efficiency, and strong analytical skills. Qualification requirements for this position include a B.E/B.Tech degree in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics with a graduation passing year of 2023 or 2024.
