Assist in the preparation and execution of technical purchase orders.
Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with the engineering team to understand project requirements and specifications.

Conduct vendor assessments and performance evaluations.
Oversee the entire procure-to-pay cycle to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and invoice processing.
Address and resolve any issues related to procurement and payment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.
Prepare regular reports on purchase orders, vendor performance, and project status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
