Inspire Clean Energy provides comprehensive asset management and operations and maintenance (O&M) services for Solar PV plants. Our programs are focused on enhancing plant performance, reliability, safety, commercial optimization, and regulatory compliance. We offer unique solutions to ensure your PV assets operate efficiently, safely, and reliably.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gracc Engineer located in Chennai. The Gracc Engineer will be responsible for performing daily operations-related tasks that ensure optimal performance and maintenance of Solar PV plants. This includes monitoring plant performance, conducting regular system checks, troubleshooting issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing commercial outcomes. The engineer will work closely with the operations team to maintain plant efficiency and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Solar PV system operations, monitoring, and performance analysis
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in PV plants
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and safety standards
  • Ability to optimize commercial performance and achieve operational goals
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • Experience working in the renewable energy industry is preferred
