GPS OPERATIONS UAT LEAD

As a GPS Operations UAT Lead at HSBC, your role will involve strategic oversight, scalable test automation, cross-functional leadership, and meticulous execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Strategic Planning and Execution: - Review, develop, and implement UAT Strategy aligned with business objectives - Continuously evaluate and enhance UAT processes for improved efficiency - Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during UAT phase - Collaborate with stakeholders for a shared understanding of business requirements - Leadership: - Mentor UAT testers, ensure optimal resourcing, and resolve cross-functional issues - Oversee detailed UAT test plans, test case creation, and coordination - Manage the defect lifecycle process and provide clear status reports on UAT progress - Test Automation Strategy: - Develop and implement test automation strategies - Motivate and guide a team of manual & automation testers - Qualifications Required: - Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Testing / Test Management Tools - Knowledge of SDLC, Agile Methodologies, and experience in software quality assurance - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 10-15 years of experience in software quality assurance Please note that this job is issued by HSBC Electronic Data Processing (India) Private LTD.,
