Job Description

As the Global Process Owner (GPO) Model Program Coordinator at our company, you will play a vital role in supporting the Global Process Ownership Model Transformation Team and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive organizational and cultural shifts at an enterprise level. Your responsibilities will include effectively managing the program in alignment with our defined standards, ensuring the timely and quality completion of activities, and maintaining the operational rhythm of program routines. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Your key accountabilities will involve program planning, coordination, and reporting. This will entail planning and executing workshops and key meetings, coordinating activities across the plan, and creating and implementing program operational routines. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on program progress, outcomes, risks, and issues related to the GPO Model objectives. In addition, you will support day-to-day program operations, enable tracking and reporting of program progress, highlight challenges and risks, assist in organizing sessions and workshops, and maintain key resources and budget tracking. Your role will require proficiency in program/project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a balance between attention to detail and efficiency in driving progress. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in programs/projects, a proven track record as a clear communicator and strong coordinator, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-layered organization. You should also demonstrate excellent execution skills, build genuine relationships based on trust and respect, and exhibit deep personal accountability for performance excellence.
