Job Description: Liaisoning Manager Location: Jodhpur Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Liaisoning Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and facilitating communication and coordination with various government departments and regulatory bodies in Rajasthan. This role requires a thorough understanding of regulatory processes and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Rajasthan Pollution Control Board: - Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards. - Coordinate with the Rajasthan Pollution Control Board for obtaining necessary approvals, permits, and clearances. - Handle inspections and audits conducted by the Pollution Control Board and address any issues or non-compliances. 2. Nagar Nigam: - Liaise with local municipal authorities for permits, licenses, and approvals related to municipal services. - Ensure compliance with municipal regulations and guidelines. - Address and resolve any issues or disputes with the municipal authorities. 3. Rajasthan Energy Regulatory Authority: - Maintain effective communication with the Rajasthan Energy Regulatory Authority. - Ensure compliance with energy regulations and standards. - Facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals and licenses from the regulatory authority. 4. Energy Department: - Coordinate with the Energy Department for all energy-related matters. - Ensure adherence to energy policies and regulations. - Facilitate the process of obtaining approvals and permits related to energy projects. 5. Upto PS Level – Secretarial: - Liaise with secretarial level officers and ensure smooth communication and coordination. - Manage documentation and correspondence with government offices and officials. - Arrange and attend meetings with government officials as required. 6. Legal Department: - Collaborate with the legal department to ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations. - Assist in addressing legal issues and disputes related to government regulations and approvals. - Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all legal matters. Qualifications: - Master degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Law, or a related field. - Minimum of 25 years of experience in liaisoning with government departments and regulatory bodies. - Strong understanding of regulatory processes and government procedures in Rajasthan. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Any Retired Gazetted Officer Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
