We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented GEM Portal Executive to manage government e-marketplace operations, billing processes, and purchase workflows. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the GEM portal, strong knowledge of procurement procedures, and proficiency in billing and documentation. This role involves coordination with vendors, government departments, and internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and compliance with government norms. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end operations on the GEM portal, including product listing, bidding, order processing, and documentation. Handle billing and invoicing tasks with accuracy and compliance. Coordinate and track purchase orders, quotations, and vendor communication. Ensure timely delivery, payment follow-ups, and contract management. Maintain and update records in Excel and internal systems. Assist in vendor registration and document submission processes. Stay updated with GEM guidelines, procurement norms, and billing standards. Requirements: Proven experience in working on the GEM Portal (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Knowledge of purchase and procurement processes. Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and billing software. Strong communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience in billing/accounts or procurement roles.
