Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage government business development through effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the government sector to drive sales growth.
  • Identify new opportunities for PSU sales within the government segment by researching market trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans for expanding PSU offerings in the government sector.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing government clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field, preferably in IT services & consulting.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations (PSU).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels; written and verbal fluency required.
  • Proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities through networking, relationship-building, and negotiation techniques.
