Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Google My Business (GMB) Specialist who has strong practical knowledge in creating, optimizing, managing, and scaling multiple GMB profiles. The ideal candidate must understand local SEO, Google guidelines, and verification processes and should be confident handling multiple business listings simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:Google My Business (GMB) Management

  • Create and set up new Google My Business profiles for multiple businesses
  • Handle bulk GMB profile creation (single & multiple locations)
  • Manage multiple GMB accounts under one dashboard
  • Ensure proper business details accuracy (NAP consistency)

Verification & Compliance

  • Handle GMB verification (postcard, phone, email, video verification)
  • Resolve verification failures, suspensions, and reinstatements
  • Ensure all profiles comply with Google My Business guidelines

Optimization & Growth

  • Optimize GMB profiles with:
  • Correct categories & services
  • Business descriptions with keywords
  • Photos, logos, cover images
  • Attributes & service areas
  • Regularly post GMB updates, offers, and announcements
  • Improve local rankings, visibility, and calls

Reviews & Engagement

  • Manage and respond to customer reviews
  • Implement strategies to increase genuine reviews
  • Handle negative reviews professionally

Reporting & Monitoring

  • Track GMB insights (calls, directions, clicks, views)
  • Maintain records of all created & managed profiles
  • Report issues, suspensions, and performance improvements

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong experience in Google My Business profile creation & management
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple GMB profiles
  • Good understanding of Local SEO
  • Knowledge of Google Maps ranking factors
  • Familiarity with GMB suspensions & reinstatement process
  • Ability to follow Google policies strictly
  • Basic understanding of SEO & citations
  • Attention to detail & documentation skills

Preferred (Bonus Skills):

  • Experience with multi-location businesses
  • Knowledge of local citations & directory listings
  • Experience with agency-level GMB handling
  • Understanding of Google Ads location extensions

Salary / Compensation:

As per experience & skill level (Discussed during interview)

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
