• Plan, execute, and optimize

  Google Ads campaigns

  across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and structure campaigns for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
• Manage daily budgets and ensure cost-effective media spend.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking and analytics.
• Analyze campaign data and provide insights and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with Content, Design, and Tech teams to improve landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate results clearly.

• Proven experience working with

  Google Ads

  (hands-on experience with real budgets).
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies, Quality Score, and keyword targeting.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.
• Agency experience or multi-industry exposure is a plus.
