We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns that deliver measurable business results. This role is ideal for someone who is data-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about performance marketing. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube. Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and structure campaigns for maximum efficiency. Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate. Manage daily budgets and ensure cost-effective media spend. Set up and maintain conversion tracking and analytics. Analyze campaign data and provide insights and optimization recommendations. Collaborate with Content, Design, and Tech teams to improve landing pages and conversion funnels. Prepare regular performance reports and communicate results clearly. Requirements Proven experience working with Google Ads (hands-on experience with real budgets). Strong understanding of bidding strategies, Quality Score, and keyword targeting. Knowledge of conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance. Agency experience or multi-industry exposure is a plus.
