We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Google Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns. As a key member of our marketing team, you will drive paid traffic, maximize ROI, and support overall business growth through strategic pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. This role requires a deep understanding of Google Ads and the ability to analyze and improve campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube platforms. Perform keyword research and create effective bidding strategies to maximize ad performance. Develop compelling ad copy and design high-converting landing pages in collaboration with the design and content teams. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and other tools. Perform A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing page performance. Monitor budgets and adjust bids to improve ROI while staying within budget constraints. Stay updated with Google Ads policies, platform updates, and industry trends to maintain campaign compliance and innovation. Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ad campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
