Google Ads Specialist

As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms such as Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. Your duties will involve conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance ad targeting, designing engaging ad copy, visuals, and CTAs in alignment with campaign objectives, and constantly monitoring campaign performance to make necessary adjustments for optimal results. Your role will also include tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROAS, as well as conducting A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creative assets. Implementing strategies to enhance Quality Score, Ad Rank, and Conversion Rates will be crucial for campaign success. Effective management of advertising budgets to maximize ROI and monitoring spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget limits will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes. Collaboration with the content team, designers, and sales teams is essential to ensure that ads are aligned with broader marketing strategies. Staying updated on Google Ads trends, platform updates, and best practices is vital to your success in this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
